Who we are
Team Loop is a freelance collective based in Toronto, Canada. This page covers the website and the inquiry form only.
What we collect
If you request a call, you send your name, work email, company, role, company stage, the topic you want to discuss, an optional website, and a short note about the constraint.
Why
We use that information to decide whether a 30-minute exploratory call is a fit and, if it is, to schedule it. We do not sell inquiry data, and we do not send the contents of your note to advertising or analytics tools.
Who processes it
The form is delivered through Formspree, which processes the submission so we can read it. Formspree’s own terms and privacy notice apply to that processing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond, schedule, and — if we work together — run the engagement. We do not run a public email address on this site yet; to ask for a correction or deletion, use the request form and say so in the note.
What this page is not
This is a plain-language notice, not a complete legal opinion. If we add analytics, a newsletter, or a public inbox, this page will need to change.
